Comfortable stay & delicious breakfast in the heart of downtown Manduria
10.0Casa Magade was a great central location in old town Manduria. Restaurants, gelato, and site seeing was all within walking distance. The breakfast was the best of my two weeks stay in Apulia region with options to choose in advance and a wide variety of fresh offerings. Definitely let the host know about your arrival plans in advance since they don't remain onsite, but are easily accessible.
− I couldn't get the a/c to work in the middle of a heat wave and appeared disconnected from a power source, but the room itself stayed fairly cool and just took a moment for me to rest to adjust to the temperature. I didn't even feel the need to complain.

10.0It was clean and airy and the owner and his staff were very attentive with queries that we had were answered and dealt with promptly.
Accommodation in the city center.
9.0Accommodation in the city center. We stayed on the top floor with a terrace. The apartment was spacious with a small fridge. Free parking is available about 10 minutes from the accommodation behind the city walls. The host was pleasant and gave us restaurant recommendations and arranged a tasting at the Primitivo wine museum. The breakfast was rich and delicious.
− The city has a nice old town and a museum of primitiva wine. Otherwise, it doesn't have much else to offer. At most, it's enough to spend two nights.
