2.0The rooms are good, but La Fragua 1 has works right beside it at 6am in the morning. Breakfast was quite decent. Some of the staff is very nice, but others were difficult to deal with.
− Works started right in front of out bedroom (the rooftop right in front of us at the same level as our balcony and glass door in a very narrow street) at 6am and it was impossible to sleep. They was noise from the machine making concrete, drilling, banging and the workers were having conversations that could very perfectly heard in the bedroom. The amazing view we were supposed to have in the room became noisy workers and works. We asked for a late check-out, 1 extra hour so we could nap at 11am when the workers stopped and the hotel denied it and said we would have to pay for late check-out. We also consider that the hotel should have put us in a different room considering the hotel staff knows about the works happening so early in the morning and they have 2 hotels and the other one was quite empty and far for the works. It could have been great if it weren't for the works, but we couldn't rest, which was the main purpose of our stay.
