Kan het iedereen aanbevelen om Nagoya te bezoeken en dan in dit fijne hotel te verblijven.
9.0Wat een fijn hotel. Ontzettend behulpzaam personeel, je voelt je er enorm welkom. Fijne bedden, het zwembad was ook heerlijk na een warme dag en het ontbijtbuffet was waanzinnig.
− Douchen in bad, voelt toch wat gedateerd.

9.0全体的に良かったです。 金額は高いけどまた泊まりたいと思いました。
− 1階のビュッフェでの出来事ですが、こちらがごはんを取り席に戻ろうとした時に一度ならまだ仕方ないかなと思いましたが2度3度同じ事がおきました。 時間で20時30分に食事が下がり始めるのを1日前の夕食時に教わりまだ時間も20時過ぎでしたがその男性スタッフは周りが見えてないのか中央エリアの中で自分片付けや皿を新しい物と交換や整頓をしてバックヤードにもどる中央のビュッフェエリアに行く時などこちらが通行していても止まる気配なくお構いなしに突っ込んできて他のスタッフは道を譲って待ってくれましたがその若い男性スタッフは危ないし自分自身の事で精一杯なんだなと思い一度ぶつかりそうになりましたが謝罪もなく自分の仕事をするだけ、また近くを通る時があったけどこちらが気をつかい待ちました。 仕事なのはわかりますがその行動によりがっかりしました。
とても期待していたので若干残念な感じは残る

− チェックインの時に対応してくれた方が慣れていない方だったのか後から来たゲストの方の方がどんどん先にチェックインを済まされていく感じだったのがとても残念だった 10名ほどの家族で小さい子もいたので早くチェックインをしてお部屋に行きたかったのになぜあそこまで手間取ったのか理解できない
