9.0− seria bom proibirem ruídos à noite de forma mais efetiva. Exemplo: um grupo insistiu em dormir com as ventoinhas ligadas toda a noite, o que me impediu de dormir com qualidade. Além do consumo de electricidade é inaceitável esta perturbação. Deveriam prever formas de intervir em tempo nestes casos.

5.0− The lift wasn't working and I'm in a wheelchair. I wasn't told about it being broke until I turned up to be check in. I had to struggle up the stairs because I didn't have anywhere else to stay. Apart from that the staff were very helpful and help as much as possible.
