− Hotel did not cater for the extreme heat conditions, did not have air con and did not have enough fans for the guests. The hotel was fully booked, only received a fan the next day and it made a very loud noise when it rotated, seems like it was not serviced. Shower gel in the dispenser ran out. This was mounted in the shower and was cleay not filled nor checked before guests arrive.
