10.0Location was excellent. Breakfast was fresh, quality, good choice. Stars are very polity, ready to help for any question. Rooms are quit large and comfortable. High skills, professional waiters, multi languages fluent. The hotel helps us to organise events, good conditions for friendly and business meetings.

10.0Всегда возвращаюсь только в этот отель, очень нравится персонал на ресепшене, особенно Татевик, очень обаятельная девушка и всегда рада нам, очень приятно. Когда приезжаю, всегда надеюсь встретить ее.
− Не нравится, что туалетные принадлежности нужно просить, раньше нас ждали при заселении и немного нужно освежить постельное белье.

− Во время проведения чемпионата мира по футболу, телевизор в номере не работал. В лобби отеля один небольшой телевизор на пять диванов.

− המלון מיושן בקטע מחריד, החדר לא נקי, היה לא מעט אבנית במקלחת, שערות, עיגולי קפה.
