8.0Parking great. Staff very friendly especially at breakfast -Tracy 😊 Room with balcony lovely view. Bed very comfy unless you find yourself in the middle where springs could definitely be felt. Shower powerful, hand basin tiny but I guess only size that would fit in such a small space. Public areas very clean and beautifully decorated.

8.0A nice quiet hotel with plenty of free parking. Good food and beer and good quality breakfast. Staff were all very friendly and efficient. Room was clean but some of the paintwork needs refreshing. Lovely view over the fells to the rear.
