8.0I'll be sure to keep staying at Mosstel whenever possible, as my stopover point on a trip across Thailand. The location is great - very convenient to walk to Central from the hotel, and very easy to find. The rooms are comfortable. High-quality mattresses and pillows, and plenty of seating and outlets available. The wi-fi works well. The breakfast is decent. It's also very nice to have plenty of free parking available right next to the hotel. Staff are pleasant to interact with.
− The shower door did not prevent water from leaking onto the floor of the bathroom when the shower was in use. It would be nice to have an elevator/lift for those guests who are carrying heavy suitcases. The included breakfast is not the most amazing, but it gets the job done.

Good value, nice staff
9.0Spacious room with friendly staff. Close to Central Phitsanulok where we have to business to attend.
− Not enough re-fill for Breakfast buffet. Sometimes we had to wait 15-20 mins for eggs to be re-filled.
