− J’ai pas du tt aimer le comportement du responsable de l’établissement, car j’ai eu un problème au début de mon séjour j’ai perdu mes papiers et le responsable n’a pas voulu même pas nous recevoir pour trouver une solution ou pour nous aider et absent tt au long de la journée et c’était décevant

Catastrophique en raison de l'état de la chambre
1.0Dès notre arrivée, nous avons constaté la présence de cafards dans notre chambre. Compte tenu de cette situation inacceptable, nous avons été contraints de quitter l'hôtel et de réserver un autre établissement. À ce jour, l'hôtel refuse de nous rembourser en indiquant que la réservation a été effectuée via Booking.com. Nous estimons pourtant que la chambre fournie ne correspondait pas à des conditions d'hygiène acceptables et demandons le remboursement intégral de notre séjour non utilisé.
