10.0Розташування просто супер. Від вокзалу 15 хв пішки, Привоз 10 хв пішки, магазин Таврія В біля дому. До моря пішки 20-30 хв . Поруч є чудові заклади де можна смачно поїсти.
Все було кльово та комфортно
10.0Нещодавно відпочівали в апартах номер 4. Апартаменти знаходяться в центрі міста, затишно, чисто, та тихо. Дворік закритий, сусіди не шумлять. Ми приїхали о 12 ночі, все було підготовлено і швидко заселились. В апартаментах все працює, кондиціонер, є тепла вода, стіралка, плита, холодильник.
Вдалий вибір, чудове співвідношення ціни та якості
9.0Чудове місцерозташування для тих, хто хоче поєднати відпочинок на пляжі та прогулянки по місту (30 хв пішки до моря, 15-20 хв до центру). Чудова інфраструктура, зовсім поруч супермаркет, кав'ярні, пекарні. У помешканні прохолодно навіть у спеку. Також є кондиціонер і уся необхідна техніка, посуд, дуже чиста білизна та рушники. Персонал швидко реагує на звернення та вирішує питання, спілкування ввічливе. Квартира доволі чиста, але ремонт не дуже новий. Втім, співвідношення якості й ціни справедливе.
− Жили у номері на цокольному поверсі, у кухонній зоні відчувався запах каналізації. Також при зачинених дверях і вікнах відчувалася підвищена вологість. Втім, провітрювання вирішувало ці незначні проблеми (на вікнах є сітки, тому комахи не залітали).
