− Chambre non prête à notre arrivée (à 18h) avec des lits défaits. On nous a laissé patienter dans un salon sans rien nous expliquer et sans geste commercial particulier...

2.0− Me dijeron que tenia reservado mi habitacion en el Hotel. Llegando de Guayaquil a las 3:00 am en Tumbes, me comunico y me dicen que está lleno. Un lugar que no conozco, que es peligroso y me dicen que no hay nada. Muy irresponsable.

Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IGV), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.
