8.0Stayed for 2 nights. It was comfortable. The facilities were working fine. Good A/C, Heater. Room service was very good. The equipments' maintenance could be improved.

4.0Service was bad. Receptionist and bellboy all need training in customer service. Rooms had bad rework. Bedsheets and towels stank and looked like they haven't been washed in ages. I would NOT RECOMMENT this hotel for anyone else. To quote: "I wouldn't wish this even for my enemy"
