4.0I like how pretty my hotel room was. I didn't receive any welcome gift upon arrival. The hot tub was cold and made weird sounds when I came in. Some of my stuff was toss out when they did room service and all of my stuff was put in weird spots for me to recover. There isn't much dining available and transporation is hard to come across. I will not be coming back. It's better to book in the city where you docked than go to a very remote area where you can still trucks and tractors in the area bulldozing areas near by.

10.0It was so beautiful and private. The breakfast was my favorite part. You get to pick out your meal the night before and they bring it right to your room to eat on the patio. The staff was amazing. We had to catch an early ferry and they brought us fruit and yogurt to put in the fridge the night before. All around a great experience.

10.0Our stay was exceptional from the friendly, helpful staff at check-in through leaving the property. Prior to arrival, the front desk contacted me about an airport transfer and they made renting an ATV extremely easy. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and could order complimentary breakfast via a tablet in the room. There are 4 restaurants within walking distance and located on the beach, one of which is a part of this hotel and was quite good. While other beaches and attractions are at least 1-2 miles away, the location here is quiet and less touristy than areas like Pollonia or Plaka. The balcony and hot tub were fantastic. The hotel supplied a beach bag, towels, and water. The room was comfortable and bright and the bathroom was well stocked and a good size. USB outlets by both beds, a full-length mirror, a table to enjoy breakfast or drinks outside... pretty perfect overall.

6.0The property is a 5 mins walk downhill to the beach & some beach restaurants .Otherwise you need a car /ATV as it is a little isolated..quiet though. Breakfast was delivered to you each am from the restaurant owner .Good quality . Sadly we had problems with our A/C unit and had to move rooms twice . The staff tried hard to provide great service but need to be more proactive in providing 5* facilities and ensure everything is working properly. Not sure it was value for the cost per night.
