9.0Hotel a pokoje jsou ciste, pekne - nic nechybelo, prijemna obsluha. Vynikajici restaurace - snidane i vecere. Hotel je urceny predevsim k rehabilitaci a odpocinek, nikoliv wellness.
Ich finde das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis eher etwas zu hoch. Halbpension würde ich keine mehr nehmen.
5.0Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Schwimmbad und Spa super. Massage total gut, sehr gute Physiotherapeutin. Naturschwimmteich nicht nutzbar, da das braune Wasser nicht zum Schwimmen einlädt. Der so genannte Aktivgarten, der sich neben dem Haus befindet, hatte für mich gar nichts Einladendes. Sehr positiv möchte ich die Freundlichkeit und Professionalität der Kellner(in) bewerten, sie waren sehr natürlich freundlich, brachten z.B. jeden Abend einen Eiskübel sowie klares Wasser zu den bestellten Weinen, und die Getränkeversorgung beim Frühstück war ebenfalls äußerst schnell und großzügig (z.B. karaffenweise Orangensaft und Wasser). Klimaanlage auf dem Zimmer sehr gut. Uns wurde sogar auf Wunsch ein kleiner Kühlschrank ins Zimmer gestellt. Lob und Tadel zum Essen s.u.
− Die Unterkunft hat den Charme eines Luxus Krankenhauses, weniger eine Ferienhotels. Kritik möchte ich teilweise am Essen üben. Frühstück: Hier wird das Frühstück auf Etageren serviert. Es ist zwar alles da, aber am zweiten Tag kam die Etagere direkt aus der Kühlung und machte keinen allzu frischen Eindruck und das Frühstück war zu kalt. Beim Abendessen ist Luft nach oben. Rucola auf dem Carpaccio war teilweise welk. Salatdressing sehr süß (ist natürlich Geschmacksache), wurde aber individuell umgestellt auf Essig Öl nach meinem Wunsch. Kalifornisches Sushi perfekt und sehr schmackhaft, Tartar war hervorragend. Frittatensuppe am ersten und dritten Tag sehr gut, am zweiten Tag war die selbe Suppe abgestanden und "letschert". Kräutersuppe war ok. Hauptgänge: Das Huhn auf Pittabrot war eigentlich eine Zumutung, denn es war alles dick von klebrigem, gummiartigem, überbackenem Käse überzogen. Unfein. Der Wildschweinbraten und das ausgelöste Backhendl waren sehr gut.
