10.0This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I have nothing but praise for it! The hotel is excellent, the staff are wonderful and very helpful, and the breakfast is also very good. Today, however, I would especially like to recognize one of the housekeeping employees, Cintia Yasmin. All of the staff members are wonderful and attentive, but she deserves special recognition. Every time she cleaned my room, she did it with such a positive attitude and happiness, and she always left everything impeccably clean, as if I had just arrived at the hotel. Congratulations to Cintia Yasmin for her excellent work and kindness! If every hotel in the United States had employees as dedicated and helpful as the staff at this hotel, it would be wonderful. I will definitely stay here again!

4.0we didnt try the breakfast because the place itself didnt feel clean
− it was not what I chose online. We could barely move around in the room. The room smelled dirty. Upon check i did not get the $80 refund that I was promised.
