The Staff, The view, the service. Exceeded all expectation.
10.0So great, one of the best hotels in Singapore. Some of The most knowledgeable and helpful staff I have seen in a luxury hotel. Tong Shao Ming is fantastic! He walked me from the club lounge all the way down and through the mall to assist me in finding a suit shop. Incredible service! The staff also was helpful when I had a departure change. Also June from Korea, the bartender in the cocktail lounge was an incredible host, Can’t say enough about this property!

9.0Our room was very comfortable, but the Staff were exceptional. We particularly want to mention Brandon who welcomed two weary travellers at Recrption and met us again and farwelldd us when we left. The Conciege Hakim went to a lot of trouble to ensure we made the most of our Singapore stopover.
