− It was terrible, there were roaches, it smelt absolutely terrible, and the lights didn’t work. I requested a refund on Booking.com and I’m waiting to hear back.

− Not clean, room smelled terrible, bed was not comfortable

− There was water leak from the air conditioner. You could tell the staff had mopped. But it was still leaking. I got my feet wet from the water on the floor. I wiped them off with a towel it left dirt on the towel. There is black mold in the shower and the shower curtin.

− The headboard almost fell on my newborn , it literally broke off of the wall as soon as we opened the door. The room smelt like cigarettes even though it was a non smoking room. There were cigarettes burns on the sheets and bed . I had to move the bed because my phone dropped and there was a drug needle behind the bed!
