− Wytarte panele na podłodze, brudny śmietnik na dnie, porysowane patelnie, wyszczerbione talerze, każdy inny. Pilot do TV wyklejony taśmą, baterie rozładowane. Mieszkanie wymaga remontu. Pamiętam wypoczynek 5 lat temu w tym budynku dlatego wróciłem ponownie. Na dzień dzisiejszy nie ma porównania.

− Lokal był brudny (grzejnik w łazience był brudny, umywalka w łazience była brudna, grzyb na silikonie w brodziku pod prysznicem, blat kuchni brudny). W opisie było podane że są dwa łóżka pojedyńcze jednak w rzeczywistości było jedno duże łóżko z pojedynczym dużym materacem przedzielone "poduszką"...
Rozczarowanie
5.0Jedyny plus to bliskość do tras narciarstwa biegowego (na końcu uliczki) a w lecie do szlaków tatrzańskich.
− Niezbyt czysto; kompletnym zaskoczeniem była popielniczka pełna kiepów na balkonie. Apartament dość stary, z odpadającym tynkiem. Brak podstawowego wyposażenia jak podkładka na cieknące zimą buty, czy szafka na rzeczy. W kuchni brak ekspresu czy choćby kawiarki (nie mówiąc o luksusach typu zmywarka). Łóżko niezbyt wygodne, z trzeszczącą folią ochronną pod prześcieradłem. Hałas zarówno z ruchliwej ulicy jak i z łazienki sąsiadów poprzez papierowe ściany. Brak miejsc parkingowych. Ogólnie dość słabo...
