A mixed bag - lovely staff but cheap management.
5.0The staff were lovely. Helpful and attentive. Dinner was excellent, a good menu and well prepared food. The facilities were clean and well organised.
− The air conditioning was sporadic at best and the ventilation only worked on one occasion. The alley at the rear of the property is noisy into the small hours. This left us juggling the street noise and suffocation. Breakfast was substandard. Shortages of basic items such as scrambled egg and croissants and cheap ingredients such as synthetic bacon and factory chipolatas.

10.0O atendimento é excelente em todo o hotel. A Senhora Mena recebeu-nos muito bem. Todo o staff foi fantástico. A localização é excelente. Todo o hotel cheira muito bem. O quarto é muito confortável. O pequeno-almoço é muito bom, com uma vista para a baía. Vamos regressar.
