4.0First of all they couldn’t fine our reservation, second we had booked 3 rooms each for 3 persons, and what we got was 3 rooms with only 2 beds and each with a extra matras, we got one room with a Indian toilet which is disgusting and neither of the bathroom locks worked they were all broken. The bedsheets were very dirty and there were also insects crawling in the room . Room service could take hours ...
