The Hampton Inn & Suites saved the day/night after leaving an awful hotel right down the street!

Nice ambience-but need to upgrade the sheets.
8.0Nice decor. Pool had a big water slide which is nice for families.
− The sheets were polyester as opposed to the usual cotton blend that Hampton usually uses. They were just starting to pull and our kong sheet had a burnt hole in it. Also they didn’t supply face soap and makeup remover in the bathroom like other Hampton Inns.

10.0The location was for our needs, close to markets, and eateries, I liked the laundry room, very convenient and close to my room, so I did not have to walk far. Breakfast was good, nice clean area and food was yummy.

− My brother and I stayed for 1 night as we were traveling to Missoula from Boston helping him move. We had his dog and cat with us. Somehow we booked a hearing and visually impaired room which we did not need nor did we know we booked this kind of room. Upon check in the front desk did not verify that this is what kind of room we wanted. Our sleep was awful, a constant blinking bank of white/green light was coming from the center of the room all night. We did not notice this when we went to bed as we were exhausted from an 18 hour drive that day. However, the light freaked out his cat and dog in the middle of the night. Once we noticed it we both very bothered by it ourselves. We were to tired to call the front desk as it was late and we were scheduled to leave a 6am. In the morning I asked the front desk about it and they basically said that it was our fault for booking that room. Well, we stayed at another Hampton Inn the night before and upon check in they verified our room to make sure it was what we were looking for, I figure this Hampton would do the same. They did not. Worst of all they acted like they didn't care. We didn't stay at another Hampton Inn the rest of our trip and will not in the future. WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A HOTEL ROOM AND FRONT DESK STAFF I HAVE EVER HAD.
