Dirty, disgusting, grotesque and nasty

Nothing, left couldn’t even stay there because there were cockroaches climbing up the walls. Never got a refund from booking or the motel. It was absolutely disgusting.

− The smell of mold and mildew in the room, the dirty sock laying in the room when we arrived.

− First off upon arrival they couldn't get our door open. We had to go town and eat. To give them time to figure out how to open the door. (1 hr plus) Then we finally get in the room and it was tiny, was 2 double beds.. both beds had completely different linens that were no where near matching. Odd but ok. The bathroom was a closet, literally you had to sit on the toilet side ways as the right side of rhe toilet was against the wall. The "stand up shower" was a 4'x4' whole in the wall with an 18" entrance door. Aka. Nothing there. So besides all this once it became night time. We had a cockroach come out of the wall while I was attempting to use the bathroom. I caught the little fella and took him up to the office in an attempt to get a refund for the room that I would not staying the night in. And they worker straight up refused any refund. Tried to give a room with a king size bed. There were two quest males hence the double bed. And when I refused his king size bed. He still reused a refund and offered me 50% back. I filled a complaint with booking.com and the health board. Save your self the trouble go to the days inn right next door so much better.

− I don't know where to begin. Everything is run down. Nothing is maintained. The room had one overhead light. There were no other working lights, so it was dark. Most of the outlets did not work. I brought my own coffee pot - there were no cups and the outlet didn't work. I also didn't want to drink the water. There is no Wifi, but that's the least of it. The bathroom is tiny - no tub. I have been in camper bathrooms that are bigger. There was a half roll of toilet paper. The bathroom was barely functional. The room smelled like damp, musty mold. Anyone with respiratory issues would not have been able to stay here. Even though I had prepaid for the room, I tried to find another hotel to stay for the night, but there wasn't any availability, so we were stuck. In all my years of traveling this was the worst experience I have had.

− The room was not clean. I understand run down but the microwave was dirty there was . No toilet paper in 1 room and not mattress pad on the 1 bed
