6.0The hotel is in a good spot as far as being close to food places and shopping. It was ok. The pool was not open and it doesn't have a spa.

4.0The cleanliness was fair, breakfast was ok, but when I booked on line through Choice we were quoted a price, but when we got there we were not given that price supposedly because the booking date was wrong and she had to charge the full price, but we would get our points!

2.0The experience was terrible, because when I arrived at the Quality Inn I was told they didn't have any reservation listed for me in their database. To make things worse they had no vacancies left, and I had to go find another hotel to stay at. I want to full refund for the price of the room. I have already submitted a dispute with my US Bank VISA credit card service about this expense.
