− BONVOY TV system...very limited viewing...especially sports
Very, very, very disappointed, and the place should be either demolished or completely redone
1.0− One elevator was broken and the other one I got stuck in for over 30 minutes. If I had not had my phone with me, I don’t know if I would’ve ever gotten out of the elevator all night. They did not give me proper compensation either, and the general manager was rude.

Fantastic Service from Kailash!
10.0Just wanted to call out the superb service from Kailash/Ken. I accidentally left an article of clothing behind and this guy really went out of his way to help me out- and I noticed he had worked a double shift as well. It would've been easy for him to dismiss me- the system they had in place didn't work- but he literally gave me his personal email address to get my item back to me. I am grateful- and hope the management at this Hampton realize what a great employee they have.
