7.0− We stay in this hotel every year 2 times , this hotel is one of the most expensive hotel on that area . On check in they gave us a room in sixth floor which was not nice at all, we asked reception person to change the room , she said she cannot , she can only upgrade our room with 240 euros extra up charge , unfortunately in the end we had to pay extra money Reception person was not helpful at all , she did not care about customer satisfaction

9.0O quarto situado no quinto andar com vista para a Tour Eiffel tinha uma pequena varanda bastante agradável e a proximidade dos Champs Elisees facilitou as deslocações. Funcionários excepcionalmente simpáticos e prestações. Limpeza cinco estrelas.
− Sala de pequeno almoço minúscula, facto do qual já tinha conhecimento atentos os comentários inseridos por outros hóspedes, mas in loco torna-se impressionante...a solução foi tomar o pequeno almoço entre as 8 e as 8,30...
