1.0Worse experience ever. Heater did not work, manager came and tried to fix it but it did not work only blew cold air

9.0King bed, now seem softer than they were. Body wash, shampoo etc are beautiful. Love the fragrance. Location was very handy for what we were doing.
− Towels smelt bad. One had a black/grey mark on it. Spoilt the fact the toiletries smelt lovely.
