1.0− I was not able to stay because of a 500.00 deposit for being a local that I was not informed of at the time of making the reservation, I was told of the deposit when I was checking in. I really feel that it was because of my race because the person at the counter got the sign from under the counter after he found out that I lived here in Davenport. That’s why it wasn’t posted on the reservation site because it didn’t pertain to all guest. My wife is white and she went in the next day to get a room and she is local and she was not asked to deposit 500.00. We did not stay in the hotel just wanted to see if she would be asked to post a 500.00 deposit. We never stay in this hotel ever again and will let others know not to stay they

− Entry doors could be automatic for less strain with luggage. Overhang would protect from the rain, sleet or snow.
