Nice location, average hotel with run down facilities and limited staffing.

− The hotel is dates and run down appearing. The bathroom was the worst part. Mold appeared in corners, cracks, scratches in the floor. Gross caulking. Outlets were loose and couldn’t hold a plug well- my devices didn’t charge overnight. No room service available!
We really like this hotel
8.0I’ve stayed here multiple times. Rooms are comfortable and if you’re lucky to get a room on a high floor overlooking the lake, it’s a bonus. The restaurant on the first floor - Chapel Street Cafe- is a real winner.
