This hotel is completely unacceptable due to uncomfortable beds, terrible noise levels, rude staff, and zero privacy.

− My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and completely uncomfortable. The mattress was awful, giving me terrible back pain. There was zero soundproofing; the noise level was so high it felt like sleeping on the street. I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms and people walking down the hallway, making it impossible to rest. To make matters worse, staff members unlocked my door and walked into my room twice while I was sleeping, despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign hanging on the door. It was completely unacceptable. On top of that, the curtains were broken and couldn't close fully, so the morning light flooded the room, ruining any chance of sleeping in. The reception staff were unfriendly and lacked proper English skills. They constantly spoke to each other in Spanish first before answering me, which felt very unprofessional and uncomfortable. Overall, I couldn't rest at all during my stay. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The reception staff were rude and struggled to speak English, often conversing in Spanish together before responding to me. I couldn't get any rest here at all. Avoid this place.
Wir waren zum siebten Mal in einer der schönsten Stätte der Welt und wurden wirklich sehr enttäusch.
3.0− Die Lage des Hotels ist top und auch das Zimmer selbst war sehr schön, mit kleinem Balkon und toller Aussicht. Leider wurde unser Urlaub durch eine massive Baustelle auf der gesamten Hauptstraße erheblich beeinträchtigt. Besonders enttäuschend: Bei der Buchung wurde diese Baustelle mit keinem Wort erwähnt. Die Bauarbeiten begannen teilweise bereits morgens um 6 Uhr und dauerten bis in die Abendstunden. Am Samstag war Ruhe, am Sonntag ging es gegen 8 Uhr wieder los und teilweise wurde sogar die ganze Nacht bis Montag gearbeitet. Da die Fenster kaum gegen den Lärm gedämmt waren, war an Erholung oder Ausschlafen nicht zu denken. Ein anderes Zimmer wurde uns nicht angeboten bzw. ein Wechsel mit der Begründung abgelehnt, dass wir genau dieses Zimmer gebucht hätten. Auch das Personal empfanden wir, insbesondere im Frühstücksraum, leider nicht als besonders freundlich. Die eigentlich warmen Speisen beim Frühstück, wie Eier und Pilze, waren zudem regelmäßig kalt. Das Zimmer und die Lage hätten eigentlich beste Voraussetzungen für einen schönen Aufenthalt geboten. Bei diesem Preis ist es für uns jedoch absolut unverständlich, eine derart massive und vorhersehbare Lärmbelästigung nicht vorab zu erwähnen. Eine teilweise Rückerstattung hielten wir deshalb für angemessen, wurde jedoch abgelehnt. Unter diesen Umständen stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für uns leider überhaupt nicht.
