10.0El sector de Les Corts es tranquilo y muy bello. Se puede experimentar la vida de Barcelona sin el agobio de los grupos de turistas y el ruido del centro de la ciudad. Cerca del hotel hay almacenes, supermercados, restaurantes y cafés con muy buen servicio. El personal es muy amable y colaborador. En la recepción, la ayuda de Tatiana Montenegro fue excelente.
− La habitación era cómoda y limpia, pero se observan algunos detalles de daño del papel de colgadura que cubre las paredes.

8.0The location was perfect for the conference we attended. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. A big thank you to Marc at reception for really taking care of us throughout our visit.
− The bathroom had some issues with it. There is no ramp to enter the hotel, therefore you need to carry luggage.

8.0I liked how helpful the service was to get a bill for my company as needed, even tho it was additional work for them. I highly appreciate that. Fantastic job!
− We were on the top floor (8th) and in the morning (7-8:30) there was almost no water pressure. Showering impossible, even washing hands barely possible. Not an issue outside the main shower hours but this was very unfortunate. So shower in the evening if you are on the top floors!

10.0Como siempre en NH las instalaciones son estupendas, limpias , cómodas… quizás lo mejor de todo es el servicio. Son encantadores y súper atentos. Marc en recepción es un gran profesional
− Lá única pega que veo es que lá mampara de la ducha es algo corta y se sale el agua al suelo y a la puerta del baño que , sorprendentemente no parece estar dañada.
