− shuttle was spotty available, wasn't explained to me to register for airport shuttle in the morning so I had to take an uber. Staff seemed disconnected from trying very hard to accomodate and didn't seem to speak english very well. We are in the USA? right? Could'nt get The ac in the room to get cool. Paid $595 for one nite and overall was not near worth the price. I've had a better experience in a $125 per nite Comfort Suites in my travels. Overall very poor value.

We started by calling and ensuring we could book three rooms with two connecting. I was very careful and booked the queen suites since I was told only those had connecting doors. We arrive to check in and those room cannot connect. After a rough night due to volume of kids being split with adults, we checked out of two rooms and switched to regular double queens. Should be cheaper right? They were but they refused to refund the difference. It was around $200 plus taxes etc. Now on to other issues. This hotel is poorly managed. We used the pool three days out of four and there were never pool towels. Not once. I realized why on the third morning. They do not stock clean towels. They wait until someone asks for towels then bring out a few. Our refrigerator was broken and only froze food. We turned it down all the way and it didn’t change the temperature at all. The toilet p trap didn’t work and the bathroom smelled of sewer gas the entire time. The safe was locked closed and even though I asked twice a day for it to be fixed it stayed broken. We had a couch in our room with no tables. Other rooms had an ottoman and table. Not ours. The second morning I stripped the sheets off the couch bed and left them for housekeeping. They were LEFT there! I was stunned. Other things of note. There are very few outlets. Zero on the desk. Two usba on the nightstand. No accessible outlets on the other side of bed though. If you have a CPAP machine you don’t want this place. There is no coffee or tea in the room. They do have machines in the lobby 24/7 though. It was decently quiet with only some minor dog barking. Beds were comfortable but they do not change sheets after three days. They made the beds only. This place is definitely a budget hotel. We selected not for price but because of the connecting rooms. It is close to sea world but given how horrible management is, I would look elsewhere. I joined IHG with this trip but won’t be using them again.

− Too closed to highway, very noisy. Messy management initially saying our rooms booked online is not available.

Overall, it was a good stay for the time frame I needed to be there. The price was reasonable.

The room was nice and spacious. It was also clean.

− I experienced a few nets in my room and that made it a little uncomfortable. I think they came out when I turned on the air conditioning unit.

Disappointing Experience Overall

Rooms are clean and spacious.

− Parking was extremely congested and difficult to navigate. The breakfast area was very small, overcrowded, and uncomfortable during busy hours. We also experienced constant noise from the rooms above and next to us, making it difficult to relax. Housekeeping consistently failed to provide enough bath towels, and we had to call the front desk every time to request more. Overall, we were very disappointed with our stay and expected a much better experience.
