Overall it was very nice
9.0The breakfast was good, had a variety of food and everything was hot. Staff was very friendly and accommodating
− The WiFi is spotty. When you're connected, it works fine. However, sometimes during the night it would disconnect, affecting my sleep app. The only other thing is I thought it was a little pricey for the small box of powdered laundry detergent and a box with 2 dryer sheets, it cost $4. I hadn't planned on doing laundry but unfortunately spilled stuff on myself so I paid it but I really didn't want to because of the price

− Lady at front desk wasn't very friendly, bathroom door in room hard to shut, room door doesn't latch.

4.0Room was relatively clean. but the pullout coach bed looked like it hadn't been shown attention in months. It has orange/yellow stains on it.
− One of the workers made a big fuss when I asked for a face towel and a drying towel. She required me to exchange the dirty for the clean, stating that was policy.
