10.0I’ve stayed at this hotel often and have always had the absolute best service. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. It’s the only place I’m willing to stay in Washington.

8.0We had a very pleasant stay. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and professional. I would especially like to thank Ms. Brenda Ford for her outstanding service and warm hospitality — she made our check‑in and check‑out smooth and enjoyable. A couple of suggestions for improvement would be to include an electric kettle in the rooms and add more laundry facilities, as these would make future stays even more convenient.
Perfect hotel in the heart of DC
10.0Wonderful hotel, literally steps from Union Station, very friendly and accommodating staff at a great price. Room was cozy and comfortable. I couldn’t ask for more and I’ll be back for sure.
