9.0The staff were very helpful. The breakfast room was spacious and beautiful. Nice hotel.
− Sutter Street is noisy during the night. The hotel has no parking; a day parking at a parking nearby is $35, and not all of the parkings listed by the hotel are still operational.
It is a charming hotel and the location works for us. The breakfast is sufficient, and the staff are helpful and pleasan

− The floors and the rooms are kind of noisy, some of their rooms can also be noisy.

− There’s no slippers provided , I forgot to bring mine ! In the morning my the traffics was little quite loud
