Great facility. comfortable beds, great location, staff were well trained and friendly. Only problem was that extremely loud cars and motorcycles were circling in the streets outside the hotel at all hours of the night.

Nice, Historic - Apprehensive About Valet Security

The overall service during our stay at the Omni was excellent. Everyone we interacted with, from front desk, to the staff who delivered our room service, to those who checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. The only negative experience was with the valet service. While our truck was in their care, someone went through multiple compartments inside the vehicle. Although the only item missing was a pack of cigarettes, it felt like a violation of our property and privacy. We understand that a valet may need to adjust the driver’s seat, but several compartments that had no reason to be opened had their contents moved and left on the floor. It wasn’t a case of something accidentally falling out or shifted. We appreciated that the valet manager came to speak with us, took our concerns seriously, and comped our valet charges. However, it has now been over a week, and we never received any follow-up from anyone regarding our questions about security measures, surveillance cameras, or what steps would be taken to help prevent something like this from happening again. Obviously any time a car is in someone else’s hands we try to keep valuables elsewhere. But to over-iterate: my advice to future guests is to remove anything important from your vehicle before using valet and to be aware of what is stored in your compartments beforehand. Aside from the valet incident and the lack of follow-up, our stay was a positive one. We are easygoing people and appreciated the professionalism shown in the moment, but better communication afterward would have gone a long way toward restoring our confidence in the valet service.

Everything was great from the the minute we got out of our car. All the employees were knowledgeable and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The room was quiet. The location was perfect. Its a very quick walk to watch the fever.

Comfortable, clean beds. Location was perfect for Fever games. Good bars within walking distance.

− The front desk staff was not friendly. One of the elevators was broken causing long waits and an employee said it had been broken for quite some time.

A great enjoyable long weekend

The staff are always great, i felt bad for the Valet attendants constantly running in the heat, i hope everyone tipped them well. The rooms are clean, everything is very professional.

− The bathroom vanity area was a little tight, made it difficult to shave or brush your teeth.
