1.0Room was clean and quiet.
− Public areas were visibly dirty, complementary breakfast was minimal, card keys expired every morning, staff was unhelpful and rude, and was over charged after check out. Was told twice overcharge had been refunded by hotel but it wasn’t. Complaint to Wyndham Hotels (parent company) was ineffective.
I was able to sleep soundly. Towels were soft.

− No room service: trash not emptied, towels not changed, found an old washcloth hanging on the shower curtain rod.

4.0The photos were nice. the lobby was clean.
− Very dirty everywhere else. The stairwells were filthy and garbage everywhere. There was continuous stomping above our room even at 2 am. We left because it was so bad.

1.0I really did not like nothing I would of stayed in another hotel.
− The filthy, no breakfast was served no pool was there like add said. Parking was bad the language was not English had no clue what they were saying..The room was cold but dirt, no plug in bathtub stunk like sewer we was not there during much time but there was black mold growing in A/C unit. I hope to God no one gets sick. Carpet was dirty no towels. Do I really need to say more....
