A True Palm Springs Gem!

10.0

Our recent four-night stay at Parker Palm Springs was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this property delivers a level of hospitality that is both effortless and highly personalized. The setting is iconic — lush, whimsical, and impeccably maintained... but what truly sets the Parker apart is its people. Chris and Fred are the incredible Concierges and were absolute standouts. Thoughtful, intuitive and incredibly well-connected... they curated experiences for us that elevated our entire stay. Every recommendation was spot-on, and their genuine warmth made us feel like VIPs from start to finish. Daniel at the front entrance welcomed us each day with such positive energy and professionalism... a small but meaningful touch that never went unnoticed. At the front desk, Alexis was gracious, polished and efficient, ensuring every detail of our stay was seamless. The Parker strikes that rare balance between luxury and personality. It is sophisticated without being pretentious and truly relaxed without sacrificing service. It’s a place you don’t just visit… you experience. We will absolutely be back, and next time, for even longer!

The sad decline of a landmark property...

4.0

Years ago, this was a go-to place in Palm Springs. Unfortunately, my wife, son & I visited this past week and the property has gone downhill and I can no longer recommend staying here. The Parker used to be the charming best-of-the-60's glamour spot in the desert - it was the closer-to-LA stop for Hollywoodites before driving all the way to the La Quinta Resort, but for years clearly the Parker's rooms have not been updated or cared for - the carpets are worn, the faucets leak, the shutters are peeling, concrete pillars around the property are cracked and listing to one side. We walked the hallway to our room and the firedoor had cracks running the height of it. It's like visiting your 70 year old grandmother and discovering her in a worn dressing gown, no make-up and flip-flops. On a positive note, the gardens are still beautiful and the staff (front desk, concierge, catering & Norma's) is still lovely. Probably the worst part of the experience, though, was sitting in the garden with our 4-month old and realizing that there were live, capped electrical wires just dangling for a bush inches from his head. We wrote to the Managing Director about this and he read our email and didn't even respond (it's been a week). I think enough said. We hope the property gets new management and invests in the hard product, since the soft product is still pretty good. In the future, my family is going back to La Quinta Resort.

Stunning property, so many things to do. I loved the hanging chair in my living room. They had delicious snacks to choose from in my room.

Exceptional stay - than you Tatiana!

10.0

From the moment you arrive, the Parker feels like a private paradise – beautiful gardens, stylish design, calm pools and a relaxed but luxurious vibe. It’s glamorous without trying too hard and instantly makes you feel at home. What really makes this hotel special, though, is the people – especially Tatiana, Head of Sales, who is quite simply the most welcoming and exceptional person you could ever hope to meet. She didn’t just look after us, she made us feel truly special. Her warmth, kindness and genuine care for guests is something you rarely find anywhere in the world. If you’re coming to the Parker, ask for Tatiana. She will make your stay unforgettable and you won’t want to go anywhere else. The food, rooms, service and grounds are all wonderful, but Tatiana is what turns a great hotel into an extraordinary one. We can’t recommend the Parker Palm Springs highly enough and will absolutely be back. Thank you, Tatiana, and thank you Parker – you’ve set a new standard for hospitality.
