10.0The gal at the front desk was awesome, very helpful and kind. The room could use a little more TLC but it was clean enough and comfortable. The pool/hottub area is showing its age and could use some attention, but overall our stay was pleasant.

2.0I accidentally booked this stat through Expedia for the wrong date because I failed to confirm the date. they would not refund, after telling me the hotel said they would in full. it was never canceled and the hotel wouldn't cancel it because Expedia needed to, then Expedia said it already was. crazy how you can buy a room and want to chang they date or cancel and somehow its just not allowed? will not use this pos service again lol
