One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Excellently designed, spacious rooms. Relaxing atmosphere. Incredibly friendly, caring, and welcoming staff. Brilliant facilities. Great food menus and cocktails.

Enjoyable enough, staff friendly but needs reinvestment to update older rooms.

Location was good, ambiance of restaurant was good. Culture day and evening entertainment was very good. Air Con downstairs was very good but difficult given the nature/build style of room.
− Everything just seemed a bit tired e.g the water sports gear, room facilities. The room was ok but very tired. The bed old, not very comfortable. We wondered if it was the original bed from when it was built back in the 90's. Water feature outside the room wasn't good for mosquitos

− 餐厅的质量一般，所谓的包含早餐是固定的一套，当天是晚上入住给了一堆单子，第二天早上去吃早餐也没注意带上单子，结果员工的英文也一般还不太聪明，我给她看了我们的订单是含早餐的，她还是给我们menu，我以为是从menu里面选，还问了她，她就是说你选吧，也没说有一张小纸条里面的才是订单包含的早餐，等到吃完让我来签单，她们的英文都不是太好，说着太累，只能自己认账了，后来才发现真的大多数的员工英文都一般，后来有一位白人来太也在抱怨她们搞不清楚点单。
