Check in and check out was smooth. Staff were warm and gracious. Conceirge and door man were always warm, friendly and helpful. The service at Kafe Bormo was exceptional. My family and was very impressed by the warm hospitality of the service staff. Every morning, we were warmly greeted by Fitroh and ushered to comfrtable section to fit my big group. The excellent team was led by Ani. They remembered our preference, and always recommeding new item to be savoured. They made our breakfast on the last day extra memorable by making it special when they learnt that it was my children's birthday. Chef Fitri was active and seen recommending food selection and checking on meal satisfaction. Special recognition goes to Atik and Chef Junaidi for the high level of service which was consistent from day 1. Atik was proactive and displayed genuine smile care towards the guests. Chef Junaidi was willing to assist us even after his duty time when he noticed us at the pool area. All the service staff were very dedicated.

New renovation lounge is good. And I do appreciate upgraded suite during my stays. Staffs are all nice and especially thanks to Cindy at the club. Very nice and friendly and helpful.

5 Star Hotel with 5 Star Service

This was my first visit to Surabaya and I wanted to stay in a convenient location in the city center. I chose the Sheraton Surabaya Hotel & Towers for that reason and was further enticed by the very reasonable price for a luxury hotel. The Sheraton is co-located with a large shopping mall which was an added benefit. I had a very pleasant 3 night stay, and enjoyed the hotel's large clean rooms, excellent gym, beautiful large pool, spacious lounge with live music every night, and excellent breakfast buffet. The hotel and facilities were everything you expect from a Sheraton hotel. That also includes the customer service which was outstanding. From the moment I checked in to the time I checked out, I experienced and appreciated the friendly and professional support and service from all the staff members. Just one example of the customer focused service is at the breakfast. I received a warm welcome every morning as I am shown to my table by Risna and Wanda. They often ask what kind of coffee I would like even before I get to my table which is a nice touch. Aldo, the friendly barista at the coffee bar, surprisingly remembered the coffee that I liked, long black, from the day before! Cindy recommended that I try one of the Indonesian salads, pecel, that is a specialty and made fresh to order at one of the stations at the buffet. She was also thoughtful enough to go to the salad station to make one for me. It was really delicious and I'm glad Cindy recommended it or I would've missed the opportunity to try. The team at the Sheraton Surabaya surely makes you feel like a valued customer and special guest! I highly recommend the Sheraton Surabaya and will definitely stay there again during my next trip to Surabaya!

Good for meeting

Located at the center of Surabaya City, it is best locations for business meeting and traveling. Room amenities are looking classy with perfect ambiance for leasure after hours of meeting. Atmospheric-wise, it is nice with great cleanliness and low noise level. Don't worry about the services, as theirs are top-notch and friendly.
