A Good Hampton
6.0Needed an affordable option for two nights in Nashville and it was a better deal to stay by the airport and uber in twice than pay for hotels downtown. Hotel stated they were undergoing remodeling but our room already seemed refreshed and in good condition. We arrived late at night and no mention of Hilton status or status gifts but morning desk crew were engaged and chatty. No complaints - clean, quiet, comfortable and up to Hilton Hampton Inn standards. Would be happy to return.

− My tv didn't work until the last day of my stay. Staff was aware of my tv not working prior to my check in. The ice machine was down on my floor. The pool was closed. The juice dispenser was broken during breakfast. The toilet tissue holder was broken.

7.0Breakfast was good, but refrigerator did not work and pool was dirty. There were not enough sheets, pillows or towels for all of us but the staff provided more upon request. Kids loved the experience. Thank you!
