They wont refund you your incidental fee

− It was DIRTY!!!! They were sold out that day, but it was super dirty. Hairs everywhere, the carpet wasn't vacuum, we couldn't move to another hotel, everything in the area was sold out. Also the incidental fee has not been refunded. And I payed for my pet fee again she stayed in her cage unless we took her outside. We drove 12hrs from Georgia to here so we were exhausted.
