4.0− elevator didn't work so i had to cancel my stay but i didn't receive a refund so that just soured the whole experience booking .com count get IN contact with the hotel because the number on file wasn't the same as the new one.

− Elevators were broken and front desk workers weren’t the best or the most attentive. Trying to check out , waited almost 10 minutes even after ringing the “bell” multiple times.

− The front door was wide open no A/C on. Staff folding sheets in lobby. Elevator not working. Location was under renovation never mentioned this at booking. Would not stay here again
