8.0Skvělý a ochotný personál. Chtěli jsme tišší pokoj a bylo nám vyhověno. Příjemný pokoj. Výborné jídlo v restauraci.
− Neupravené okolí bazénu, v koupelně špína v umyvadle a zašlá vana u sprchového koutu. Netěsnící dveře od balkonu, uvnitř bylo slyšet auta z dálnice.

Well-situated, convenient to local attractions. Hotel could use a refurb.
8.0The location was perfectly located to the waterfront and Little Italy for restaurants and shops. It gave the experience of being a local. The staff were wonderful from check-in to the restaurant. They seemed very happy to be there and took pride in the hotel. We were next to the airport but you wouldn't know it. Loved seeing the planes land. :-)
− When we arrived, we noticed that there was a leak above the sink. It looked like the cause was a broken sprinkler head. We immediately called guest services and they switched us to a better room. The parking was hard to maneuver as it was very narrow and dark when entering, The parking structure only lit up after we have driven a little to find a space. The automatic lights must be set on delay. The elevator took a while to arrive. There was some stains on the carpet.
