− Very rundown hotel and rooms. The breakfast wasn't good wither, we barely made it to the one waffle machine because the line was so long.
The hotel lacked cleanliness and proper maintenance.
5.0The staff fixed my sink foist after we told them about it.
− The beds were comfortable, but the room needs major updates. The floors, walls, and bed sheets appeared dirty. The tile near the A/C unit was loose, the wall above it had large brown stains, and the outside grill was broken and rusty. The bathroom sink faucet was leaking when we arrived, but maintenance fixed it after we notified the front desk. The pool was very cloudy for most of our five-night stay. It improved after guests complained, but we only felt comfortable using it one night. Breakfast was disappointing. It was the same every morning—eggs, sausage patties, and waffles. Since the hotel was sold out for the Softball World Series, having only one waffle maker caused long lines. The breakfast attendant was also rude and rushed guests even when we arrived before breakfast ended.
