9.0The staff was outstanding! The bed was really comfortable and the shower was a highlight with great water pressure. The room was great.

8.0It was OK. Physical plant was ok. Rooms were good. Location is excellent. Meals onsite were very good. Front desk is not very good. Long delays. Invoice also had a lot of issues.

− The staff at breakfast were inattentive and unhelpful. Never offered a menu, brought coffee really late, no instructions on where and how to use voucher. Finding the breakfast buffet was difficult (no signs). Crowded/ shared tables. All-in-all...lousy.
