A great hotel when arriving late in LA and wanting somewhere to relax after a long flight.
10.0Only a short taxi ride from LAX and the car rental centre. Check in was quick with helpful and polite staff. We booked a double queen room which was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Good WiFi and the room facilities were all great.
− The breakfast was average. A wider range of choices would have made this better.

It was okay but I won't be staying at this hotel again.
4.0The room was a good size and I liked the counter space available.
− Within the first hour of our stay the curtains fell down and after speaking with a staff member, we learned the curtains were broken from the previous guest but they "fixed it" for our stay. The curtains stayed broken for the whole stay. The breakfast was cold even in the hot trays, so cold sausages and potatoes every morning. The soaps were not filled prior to our stay so we had to call for the hand soaps to be filled on the first night. The room was never cleaned during the entire four days of our stay.
