− No room service no bar open the pool is warm and the staff was cold
We loved it. Had a great anniversary there. Definitely coming back.

5.0That staff was great specially the maintenance guy came quick and was quick to resolve my issue thumb to him.
− That they pick and chose when they want to charge for parking last time they didn't charge me but this time they did to park my car .crazy 75.00 bucks

− The water in the pool was super hot but I guess not much to do about it haha
Nice place, but seemed understaffed.

− We waited past 4:00 check-in out in the lobby becuase our room was not ready. Not happy about the $25 per night cash grab for parking. Also, there was no lounge entertainment at all for Saturday night.
