It smelled like cat pee on the sheets, mattresses and pillows. There was stinky mattresses in the hallway. The only good

5.0The Wifi was decent. AC did its job, and the price is good for what you got.
− The rooms were dirty with stains, and no housekeepers took our filled garbage bags for 3 days, but they turned off our rooms AC so we'd come back to a hot room. The rooms were clean but need work in the shower and places that are easy to miss but noticeable.

3.0comfortable bed, good water pressure, new AC unit, front desk staff was nice
− very dirty and grimy - in the corners, all around the bathroom, microwave, telephone, ice bucket, hallway. appeared to not have been vacuumed for a long time - lots of debris and stains in the hallway, loud people well into the night. It seems like it cost at least twice what it should have for the condition and noise. seems like it is more for short-term housing than hotel stays.
Would not recommend at this time until upgrades are completed.

− Wasn’t clean no railing on stairway. Under construction room wasn’t fully complete. Noisy at night.
