Overall, a lot of issues that we could not overlook.
3.0I liked the location of the property.
− WiFi did not work so throughout the entire stay we could not use our phones at the hotel or Netflix on the tv. Our room was poorly cleaned, and our bed was poorly made. I ordered my girlfriend a picnic basket that was supposed to come on the second day of our trip. It came on the first night and ruined the surprise for her. Staff did not make us aware of the water conditions by the shore/ did not make us away of the bacteria from previous storms that made it unsafe to swim in. Phones did not work in the room so we were not able to order room service or call the front desk in case we needed anything. The hotel itself was in poor condition inside of the hallways. At 10:45 am staff members were already knocking on the door to ask us to leave - check out is not until 11am. Many things were wrong with this stay unfortunately- for the price not worth it.
